Cancellation & Refund Policy
EduAastra sells digital ebooks that are delivered instantly via download after payment. Because of the nature of digital goods, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Order Cancellation
Because digital downloads are delivered instantly upon successful payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed and the download link has been issued. If your payment is deducted but the order does not go through (e.g. a failed or pending transaction), it will either complete automatically once Razorpay confirms the payment, or the amount will be reversed to your original payment method as per Razorpay’s standard timelines.
Digital Products — No Returns
As ebooks are downloadable digital files, we cannot accept returns once a download link has been issued, in line with standard practice for digital goods.
When You Can Request a Refund
- You were charged but did not receive a working download link within 24 hours.
- The ebook file is corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from its description.
- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
How to Request a Refund
Email raj070878@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 3-5 business days.
Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5-7 business days depending on your bank or card network.
